Every email gets read. Usually you hear back within a few days, and always within 30.

What helps

• Bug in the game: which level, which phone, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
• Game will not open or freezes: whether it is the browser version or the app, and the state of your connection.
• Suggestions: just send them. This is a one-person game and most suggestions end up in it somehow.

You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and ask which third parties it has been transferred to. Requests are free and answered within 30 days.

What to include

• Your name and an email address to reply to.
• What you are asking for: information, deletion or correction.
• The device you played on and the approximate date. There are no accounts, so this is the only way to match a request to any records.

What deletion can actually reach

The game has no server of its own. Measurement records sit inside our Google Analytics account, keyed to a random number stored on your device, not to your identity. On a deletion request we use Google Analytics' user-deletion tool on the records that match the device model, city and approximate play date you give us; if the match is uncertain we delete every record that matches. We answer your request within 30 days; Google's deletion itself can take up to 63 days and cannot be undone. Advertising-side data is not in our account but in Google's advertising systems, and as a publisher we have no access to it. You can reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android, and manage your Google ad data at myadcenter.google.com. Even without a request, nothing is kept forever: event records in Google Analytics are deleted automatically after 14 months at most; in Google's advertising server logs part of the IP address is anonymised after 9 months and identifier information after 18 months. Aggregate counts that cannot be tied to a person (daily player numbers, for example) are unaffected by a deletion request, because they contain nothing that points to you. Progress saved on your device is yours to delete: uninstall the app or clear your browser data. To stop measurement altogether you do not need to write at all, just press and hold the speaker button inside the game for one second.
